How Do I Earn PrimePoints?
You earn PrimePoints for your single withdrawal and installment purchases at CapitalBank and Ziraatbank members. For this reason, after shopping, please indicate that you want to pay via PrimePOS or ZiraatPOS at the payment points. Online shopping is excluded from this scope.
How many points do I need to accumulate in order to benefit from this campaign with my PrimePoints?
It is sufficient to have a minimum of 40 PrimePoints.
How can I make a score query?
You can make up-to-date points inquiry through PrimePos at our contracted travel agency.
How will my PrimePoints be processed for ticket/package tour purchases?
PrimeCard holders with a minimum of 40 PrimePoints will be able to pay the price of all holiday packages, whether domestic or international, that they will purchase from contracted travel agencies by multiplying their PrimePoints by 4 times.
How can I pay the remaining balance if my PrimePuan is not enough for the ticket/package tour cost?
In case of remaining balance after point payment, payment must be made via PrimePos with your PrimeCard. If your PrimeCard limit is not enough, cash etc. you can make your payment.
Examples;
The customer card has 40 points. Tickets and/or hotel accommodation are priced at 500 TL. 40 (customer's current score) x 4 (point multiplier) = 160 TL will be collected with the customer's current score. The remaining 340 TL will be collected from PrimePOS with PrimeCard in cash or in installments.
The customer card has 50 points. The cost of the ticket and/or hotel accommodation is 200 TL. Likewise, 50 (customer's current score) x 4 (point multiplier) = 200 TL, no extra fee will be charged since the customer has paid the entire balance with his points.
The customer card has 150 points. Tickets and/or hotel accommodation are priced as 1000 TL. 150 (customer's current score) x 4 (point multiplier) = 600 TL will be collected with the customer's current score. The remaining 400 TL will be collected from PrimePOS with PrimeCard in cash or in installments. If the limit of the card is insufficient, payment can be made in cash.
Are there any airline restrictions that I want to travel with?
No. You can buy your ticket for any airline company from Contracted Travel Agencies.
Can I choose my Holiday Program only abroad?
No, you can choose domestic (TRNC) or abroad (Turkey, other countries) as you wish.
Can I use my points only for plane tickets?
You can use your points for flight tickets as well as ship tickets and domestic/international accommodation.
Can I also use my PrimePoints when buying tickets for someone else or buying package tours or hotel accommodation?
The cardholder can use the PrimePoints he has accumulated in the purchase of flight tickets or package tours/accommodations of any person he wishes at the contracted agencies.
Can points be transferred between PrimeCards in the campaign?
No, it can't be done.
Which cards can benefit from the PrimePUAN program?
All PrimeExtra and PrimeRoyale credit cards that are not delayed and are active will be able to benefit from the PrimePUAN Travel Campaign. PrimePoints earned from collective and commercial uses are not included in the campaign.
Are the PrimePoints used refunded?
No.
Can Advance Points be processed?
No.
