What is the Seize the Opportunity with Primecard Campaign?
With the “Seize the Opportunity with Primecard” campaign specially prepared for our customers;
We multiply the Points you earn from your shopping with Primecard by exactly 4, and also We instantly earn 400 TL discount by choosing one of the holiday package programs determined by Cyprus XP Travel.
You can use your PrimePoints at Travel Agencies,
- International flight tickets
- Domestic and international package tours
- International ship (cruise) trips
- Domestic and international hotels accommodation
you can get their services for free.
In addition, you will be able to benefit from all Domestic, International and Cultural Tours determined by Cyprus XP Travel travel agency by using your points. In addition to the points used in the tours, an instant 400 TL discount will be applied.
How do I earn PrimePoints?
You earn PrimePoints in single payment and installment purchases you make at CapitalBank and Ziraatbank member businesses. Therefore, after shopping, be sure to state that you want to pay via PrimePOS or ZiraatPOS at the payment points. Online shopping is not included in this scope.
How many points should I collect with my PrimePoints to benefit from this campaign?
It is sufficient to have a minimum of 40 PrimePoints.
How can I check my points?
You can check your current points via PrimePos at our contracted travel agency.
How will my PrimePoints be processed when purchasing tickets/package tours?
PrimeCard holders with a minimum of 40 PrimePoints will be able to pay for all domestic or international holiday packages they will purchase from contracted travel agencies by multiplying their PrimePoints by 4 times. They will also be able to earn a 400 TL discount instantly by choosing one of the holiday package programs determined by Cyprus XP Travel.
How can I pay the remaining balance if my PrimePoints are not enough for the ticket/package tour price?
If there is a balance left after the points payment, the payment must be made via PrimePos with your PrimeCard. If your PrimeCard limit is not sufficient, you can make your payment in cash etc.
Examples;
- There are 40 points on the customer card. The ticket and/or hotel accommodation fee is priced as 500 TL. 40 (customer's current points) x 4 (points multiplier) = 160 TL will be collected with the customer's current points. The remaining 340TL will be collected in cash or in installments from PrimePOS with PrimeCard.
- There are 50 points on the customer card. Let's say the ticket and/or hotel accommodation fee is 200 TL. Similarly, 50 (customer's current points) x 4 (points multiplier) = 200 TL. Since the customer has paid the entire balance with his points, no extra fee will be charged.
- The customer has 150 points on his card. The ticket and/or hotel accommodation fee is priced at 1000 TL. 150 (customer's current points) x 4 (points multiplier) = 600 TL will be collected with the customer's current points. The remaining 400 TL will be collected from PrimePOS with PrimeCard in advance or in installments. If the card limit is insufficient, payment can be made in cash.
Are there any restrictions on the airline I want to travel with?
No. You can buy your ticket for any airline company you want from Contracted Travel Agencies.
Can I choose my Holiday Program only for international flights?
No, you can choose domestic (TRNC) or international (Turkey, other countries) as you wish.
Can I use my points only for plane tickets?
You can use your points for ship tickets and domestic/international accommodations in addition to plane tickets.
Can I use my PrimePoints when buying a ticket for someone else or when buying a package tour or hotel accommodation?
The card holder can use the PrimePoints they have accumulated in contracted agencies to buy plane tickets or package tours/accommodations for anyone they want.
Points can be transferred between PrimeCards in the campaign ?
No, it is not possible.
Which cards can benefit from the PrimePOINT program?
All active PrimeExtra and PrimeRoyale credit cards that are not in arrears can benefit from the PrimePOINT Opportunity Catch Campaign. PrimePoints earned from bulk and commercial uses are not included in the campaign.
Are used PrimePoints refunded?
No.
Can Advance Point transactions be made?
No.
