Within the scope of TRNC legislation, “Saving Deposit” refers to the deposits belonging to charities and funds that are opened by real persons under this name, are not subject to commercial transactions and are created by law and/or declared as charitable institutions by the Council of Ministers.
In line with the legislation, your savings deposits at our Bank are guaranteed under the Savings Deposit Insurance and Financial Stability Fund. The Central Bank may determine the amount of deposits within the scope of the Fund, not less than 20.000.- € (Twenty Thousand Euros) or other equivalent currencies for each account.
Our bank does not have a branch abroad. Likewise, our Bank does not accept deposits and participation funds from domestic or foreign residents on behalf of foreign banks and/or financial institutions.
